For instance, a company can smooth out poor review by publicly replying author why he got negative experience and what company will do to make it better. On the contrary, the company can thank the author for a positive review which likely only will raise his loyalty.
Second, a large amount of quality reviews on a company will make it stand out among others in a very positive way. In order to motivate authors to write reviews, the company has the ability to reward them with some tokens.
